Type: Full-Time | Weekends Required

Compensation: $50,000 – $85,000 annually + Benefits - no cap on earnings*

We’re looking for a motivated New Home Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help homebuyers find the perfect fit. If you have a background in sales and a desire to learn and grow in new home sales, this is your opportunity to take the next step!

What You’ll Do:

• Guide potential buyers throughout the home buying process from first visit to pre-registration, registration and sale

• Ability to effectively prospect and nurture leads over the phone

• Manage leads and follow-up using CRM tools

• Coordinate showings, assist at open houses/community events and follow up for return visits (weekend work expected)

• Business development and networking with local real estate brokerages and organizations

• Maintain detailed knowledge of floor plans, pricing, features, and availability

• Collaborate with construction and design teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

• Assist buyers through the design option selection process

• Support and ensure success of the New Home Sales Consultant

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities

• Detail oriented with exceptional follow up

• Flexible professional with excellent team building and relationship skills

• Passion for helping people and interest in new home sales

• Availability to work some weekends

• Microsoft Suite proficiency and the ability to learn new CRM databases
